At Simone Pérèle, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
